The lawyer says they put any false case so it gets some traction in court to speed up things. Otherwise they will not get a hearing. It’s not just women, the lawyers and the courts get their share too. Everyone is in on it. There are some legal remedies which Atul’s lawyer could have fought with. May be it's just me. The country has become challenging for productive people. Taxation, legal theft,Real estate inflation, cost of living, cleanliness, pollution, overarching babu's etc.,. Rich farmers should pay taxes in addition. Pollution, Cleanliness, for sure Major issues. BJP always better for low inflation n low corruption than congress. As you said, real estate inflation is a problem from 2 years. Hopefully prices don't go up in next 5-10. Because as they say - best cure for high prices is high prices. 498a and other gender specific laws being misused, topic being discussed, also major issues.

He had options to fight back the system, file a reverse FIR on her false cases. He was probably sulking for being betrayed. But in cases of 498a, they arrest without any investigation.
