nice runup, decent action, getting good bounce thanks to good height... but pace does not impress me much, especially his floaty fuller deliveries

Eng are basically using pretty much only eye-test and not county records  - a radical approach that is working decently for them, with some failures

In Smat may bowl 1/2 ball 140 kmph here or there, but mostly he was under 135 kmph. Bowling lot of slow.

Looks about 130 to 138 k type speeds with bounce. 

 

His bounce is quite interesting. 

 

Maybe he has bowled quicker during other deliveries.
