U dont need boland for that. Boland will refuse to bowl to no.11 batsman. Just pick a random person in the crowd n place 2-3 slip catchers from the crown…bowl at 5-7 stump line…bummm will nick one. Simple fisherman technique, uncomplicated.

Virat Kohli has slumped to his lowest point in the ICC Test rankings in 13 years. He has slipped to the 27th spot in the batters rankings released on Wednesday.

This was his lowest ranking since December 2012, when he ranked 36th in the list but Kohli was just a year into his test career. That was also the last time Kohli was placed outside the top 25 batters list in the world.

Others in the rankings:

Rohit Sharma - 42nd

Ravindra Jadeja - 51st

KL Rahul - 52nd

Bhai at this point it isnt rope. It is guided wire cables to the mariana trench diving submarine.

To call this rope is insulting.
Rope is finite in usuage and constraining in every scenario. Ever heard of a submersible scrooing around in the trenches of the oceans and running outta guide-wire cable ?

Yeah. Coz they are 'practically' inifinite and often time a ship being a giant cable spool sitting around the main command ship following the sub is the scenario.

Lets stop calling what Viraat has as rope.

Its submarine guide cables. Coz it shares the main fundamental difference from being a rope : its 'practically' infinite. You and your children's children will die before it actually runs out.

Playing for India is not only about talent or demonstrated execution.

It's also about your marketability, PR team, likeness, image and reach. You'll see upcoming players build their extracurricular profiles with all of this in mind.

Watch out for Devdutt Padikkal. He's working it. Being spotted with Virat/Anushka on a night out instead of chilling with rest of the boys, insta stories about buying cricket gear for a kid in Australia etc etc
