In January 2027 we have 5 Tests against Australia. That will be our last series in the 2025-27 cycle. It is a tough 2 years for India, will be difficult for us to qualify. India have to win all Home Tests to have a chance and few of the away Tests which is in SL, NZ and England.

We are this edition's host, the entire point of shifting venue to UAE/SL was to accommodate Pakistan. I say, host it in India and watch them boycott as a mark of protest....after all PCB can't send their team to India post CT snub right? Even if they send, victory for us and surrender by them...then we will claim precedent and future ICC events can be staged entirely in India without having to find a neutral venue for just one team.

As long as only team comes and no 'fans' thats a good idea. Still won't watch the India-Pak game though

T20s are barely played under lights too Being done to cater to Indian audience via broadcaster. Complete opposite in Aus/NZ where we exclusively play night T20's and D/N ODIs.
