The type of degree or even having a degree doesn't define one's character. Sachin, Bumrah, Rahane, Siraj ... All high character guys with no college degree. There are numerous such examples. And I'm sure we all know a bunch of arrogant entitled aholes with advanced degrees The problem is, oftentimes we mistake talent for leadership and elevate highly talented guys to become leaders.
