MK55
In what world is Boland quicker than Bumrah? But yeah I agree he can be quicker at times than Siraj who has slowed down. Although in patches, Siraj can go up to 144k even now when triggered (happened in a spell or two even in the recent series). But those times r very limited. Boland is the 4th seamer for a reason. The way these clowns r batting lately, any half decent bowler can get on a roll against these idiots. But the guy knows his limitations n bowls accordingly very consistently. Boland struggled in England. express bowling 1 Link to comment
Nikhil_cric
Boland is easily the pick of the lot. More accurate, higher release point and higher speeds than either Abbas or Mukki. Blessing doesn't count. He has played 9 Tests in 7 years and that too for a minnow Link to comment
zen
Boland When I see Boland (in combination with Head, the batsman) in Aus 11 overseas, I tend to put Aus as favourite. The rest don’t inspire that much confidence so their ranking does not matter relatively speaking. Link to comment

No doubt regarding those speeds. Those were Bumrah's quicker spells. Usually bowled in the first session and sometimes early part of 2nd session. [ I write down the fastest speeds and LA ( lots of balls above ) speeds of Indian 140 k+ pacers for future reference ] Lots of Indians watched the 3rd session or late 2nd session when he was at his slowest. I agree that this and the NZ series earlier were probably the only 2 series when Bumrah could not maintain speeds throughout the day and that is a concern. 132 k were frequent in the last session but 120s were bowled only in some warm up overs and twice when he was injured. ( a single over in the 2nd test 2nd innings and a single over in the 5th test when he withdrew with back spasms ) Edited January 10 by express bowling Mosher 1 Link to comment

tapandrun
T20s:-- Mukesh Kumar Muzarbani Other 2 wont even make a cut in 15 member squad ODI : Muzarbani rest 3 would/should not make it to playing 11 Test in Swing friendly condition Abbas rest 3 would/should not make it to playing 11 Test in Seam friendly condition Boland Have not seen much of Muzarbani in test with his height and extra bounce he can be v.useful but can he sustain pace and length over long period of time ? rest 2 would/should not make it to playing 15 Muzarbani plays for Zim hence he is not talked about much but has all the ingredients for a fast bowler, he is decently quickly ~140ish kmph, gets bounce and does not ball too many hit-me or bad balls, In Zim vs Ind series he looked the best fast bowler by a distance amongst both the sides. Was a perfect foil to other bowlers. One of his great bowling efforts was Bangalore 2017 test day 2. Had just 1 wicket but didn't allow Aus to get a huge lead. Link to comment
