They elevated Sikhs so much with fake history i.e Sikhs saved Hindus etc that Sikhs started to believe their own made up supremacy. The largest Sikh Empire which existed was merely 1/6th the size of Maratha Empire. Marathas and Vijayanagara Kings did a better job of saving Hindus down South than Sikhs ever did in the North. Add the dumb Jatt supremacy to the equation and you'll understand the low IQ behavior of Bhajji and Yuvi. This guy failed geography and history. Lone Wolf 1

No it's roughly 1/8th so your assertion that it's 1/6th is wrong ergo sikhs are even more less manly in empire building ways than you claim.. Most of them have taken dunki route to west and drive fourth hand black BMW with ak47 on punjab or haryana map as a sticker on the car, also work in petrol bunk or patel brothers shop for less than minimum wage. Younger gen will give none. Older generations will die away slowly and narrative shapers will be younglings. No one speaks about the Miandad six anymore and even 90s era conversations are declining. It's like hockey. I don't even consider Pakistan a rival and see them as practice (they don't qualify in Olympics/WC anyway so not even points for imp competition).

Just shows that the roots of sectarianism in the subcontinent run deep and are never very far away from surfacing whether Hindu/Muslim, Sikh/Hindu, Northie/Southie etc etc. Hiding behind anonymous accounts makes it a lot easier. I'm not sure any of these guys ever have to work outside a monoculture. In the real world and especially if you work in the west, it is normal to encounter and work alongside Pakistanis, Brits etc etc. If you decided to never get along personally with anyone not of your defined "acceptable" sect because of history, you'd have a pretty short careers. All these players are doing is getting along with other professionals who are also making a living. It's a normal part of life outside the fetid social media swamp. Iconoclast and BacktoCricaddict 2

Young kids dont see pakistan as a rival but more like how we view some of the poor African nations.

If this is the case the onus is on the GoI to ask Afridi to make a public statement against his relatives who were involved in terrorism and only then grant him a visa to play in India or in the IPL or even visit India to work as a commentator or simply as a guest. Or at the very least the GoI, should declare Afridi a persona non grata/ black list him and advice all Indians to not have any interaction with him outside of cricket. Our government have done nothing of the sort. When there are no directives, you can't expect a cricketer to look up a Pakistani cricketers family tree to figure pout how complicit they are in acts of terrorism. That is crazy. People behave like how they are behaved to at face value. Afridi maybe nice to these guys post the matches and they reciprocate. That's all. The onus of avenging Indian blood is not on Yuvraj Singh in a cricket studio. Lord, BacktoCricaddict and lemsip 1 2
