We want actual hitters to come through rather than this run inflation where Ayush Badoni can hit 4-5 6s in a game when he would barely be able to hit the ball to long off or long on if the boundaries were standard size. Plus we want more balanced matches where a score between 180-200 is a good score and 160-170 is competitive. These 240-250 scores are lowering the interest in games with extra flat pitches with miniscule boundaries which will give NZ grounds a run for their money.

Batsmen won't develop if scores are limited to 160-170 Need good batting surfaces ,not saying in the range of 280+ ,still should be average 190

I'm not asking for bowler's paradises. Just a bit of help and longer boundaries of min length being 70m. 55-60m 6s devalue runs as even edges and mishits fly for 6s. Even on 170 pitches batsmen are optimising run scoring that is why you see 200+ scores just recently yesterday Not like these are out and out sticky or bowler friendly wickets Just like batsmen,bowlers too have evolved ,I'm not saying go.for the kill and prepare turfs and watch them rake up 270-280+ on a regular manner Doesn't matter how much we criticize, cricket will be and always will be batsmen dominated ,we won't see batsmen improving especially in t20s if they are continuosly played on 160-170+ surfaces Ultimate_Game 1
