In the Indian penitentiary system, Violent criminals are housed separately from those who have done financial/civil crimes. Even if the murderers are hanged, only other violent criminals can take those free spots.

In many areas - like India's own multiple genres of classical music - there is a great deal of creativity and innovation. Even in comedy, there are some excellent comedians. Tandon is as good (IMO) as any out there. There are also a couple of Kannada comedians, including Shraddha, who are really good. They are quite original and authentic. I don't know how to express this, but we must find humour within our own existence.
