Gangu Dehat is worst Dehaat.   Such stuff is unheard of in muslim dominated Kashmir which has extremely low crime rate or in HP Punjab Haryana..

But we frequently hear these stories from Gangu Dehat.  The worst place to live in the country by far and I am counting WB too.

Where is it rampant? Some Muslim community boyez treating Hindu Girls as sex object? Its rampant across India. 

 

So stop saying everywhere else is hunky dory. Its a community issue which is spread across India. In case of UP, atleast Police delivers.

 

Just check the case of Nupur Sharma's "Sar Tan se juda" in Rajasthan or Ramalingham case in Tamilnadu or hundreds of cases in West Bengal. In UP every one who does crime has to pay. In rest of states, if crime is committed by Majority Muslim community, Then there is no crime. Infact CMs and aspiring PMs have comeout openly in support of perpetrator. Batala House case

Maybe high concentration of M's is a good reason but I'd say it is across religious lines in that belt.  Lower HDI and extremely low standards of life would indicate that most of the crime over there is barely even reported.

 

HDI is a perfect indicator imo to classify better states.

Looks like footage of about 10 girls found in mobile of accused. So its not case of a rape. It’s similar to grooming gangs in UK. All shesshah joints and hotels in Whole Varanasi are getting raided

I guess you have no idea why Modi is winning on development and welfare plank. Only thing your green eyes see is mangasutra. You think get gets votes for saying mangalsutra? He realized he losing the vote on fake news campaign that Congress ran wehre a doctored video of Amit Shah was used to claim that BJP wants 400 seats to change consititution and stop reservation. He lost Dalit votes in UP on that caste math. BJP had to run the campaign to consolidate his vote bank. He is an astute politician, nobody in India can win 3 elections by being communal.

So does Muzaffaenagar riots of 2013.

Now accused are claiming that this is Not rape as accused willingly came to cafe(Whatsapp message).

 

Can someone look at the whatsapp message for past 2 Years . This is classic Grooming case. POCSO should also be slapped after verification of Victims age. She is still a class 12 Girl.
