This is the time for army to do a combing operation and arrest terrorists and local supporters in Kashmir.

 

Do proper interrogation and identify the cell phone records of these arrested people. Normal interrogation procedures will also reveal more terror cells. This will lead to arrest of sleeper cells in other states as well. Many of these arrested will disclose more information. Thousands of terrorists and their supporters will get arrested if the government really wants to do a proper response.
