Who would you have as your T20I openers?

I want Jaiswal in all teams. He will be one opener for me. He can strike at good rate and also play long. He is also a solid player for most conditions.

 

Abhishek has got competition in new kids who are dashers. I feel less confident in Abhishek even if he can play blinders. Arya is in same mould but he gives me more confidence. I voted for Arya but Abhishek is fine too.

 

New kid Vaibhav needs.to wait. Too Raw and emotional. Hopefully he develops well for future. Even if he waits few year to finish grade 10 exams, it's ok. Let's see what he does in a few seasons.

 

That said Samson is not bad and has done well recently. If he is keeper he can bat No.3 

 

If Samson in not keeper then he ain't needed.

Shubman Gill should never be in the team as captain. His jealousy was seen when he had so few words of appreciation for the Vaibhav Suryavanshi. Such selfish captains cannot build a team. Every other Indian cricketer had so much happiness and appreciation for Vaibhav

He demoted Abhishek sharma after his whirlwind 100 in Zimbabwe. He played as opener in the next match. Abhishek sharma is his buddy since under-19 days. Same state as well. Both trained under Yuvi. Still he pushed him down. This attitude of "me first" is going to hurt India. I like certain qualities of him. But this one can hurt India.

Gave it a thought. That day, the rest of the top 5 scored in single digits. That one was probably the best innings ever. Won't compare with it.
