There is an appeal process and courts as well to approach to start any investigation. You can’t allege it on SM and threaten public officials, that they will be taken care of when they come to power. SC has rejected machine readable lists because personal data  can be used for targeting ads or marketing , by commercial algorithms. You can’t demand action, he is a Fkin LOP, raise it parliament and claim the allegations under oath.

Fair point, although Even if he does not , can the ECI not come out and answer all the questions in media.

 

Why should this not be encouraged

You want a media trial and circus to give political mileage to RaGa in this at the expense of ECI? That is what he wants, when there are legal and legislative processes to go about checking the issue at hand.

Not a media trial. That is because our media is not responsible at times.

 

My point is..... Raga is not important , nor is this to malign any institution. 

 

This is about accountability. Every govt institution which is for the people,  should encourage itself to come in the media also. From every municipal corporation to rto to city police, roadways, railways .....

 

This will bring transparency and accountability in the  process and the job.

I think bjp would be more than happy with biometrics. Its the need of hour.

I think the key issue with this is,

 

Congress wins in states like karnataka (bjp) telangana (brs)  etc its all good. 

 

They lose states like haryana and maharashtra eci favours bjp?

 

So either boycott all elections or fight them all and accept the result.

They 100% should. Aadhar was an ok start. Biometrics are logical next step.

I am happy to be a registered BJP voter for life. 

 

But transparency and accountability is the need to put pressure on corruption. Otherwise we will continue to live with horrible roads, no water, ethanol , toll ,garbage in public places, 

 

Yeh sab chalta rahega , no matter how many trillions of economy we become

Then trust your road makers , ethanol , toll minister, 2G ministers ,

 

In the same process , some are imandaar, does not mean others cannot be corrupt

 

Will you boycott board exams because a state leaked one paper or pressurise state to find out where the miss is.

 

Will one stop giving entrance exams because paper was leaked in earlier years, some states.

 

Is there an alternate to elections if one wants to be elected?

Yes it matter…. You also need to see whether he is really raising a valid issue or just trying to create chaos to insight violence like bd. Ex: shaheen bagh, was NRC and CAB was bad for country. To an extent farmer’s protest was it wrong for nation. But the way hooligans and protest took the nation hostage for months and in delhi so many people got killed due to hindu muslims riots for  which shouldn’t have happened if foreign toolkits and opposition would not have given communal angle to it. Here i am just raising issue which cause violence , there are so many other nonsense stuff which this pappu gandhi raise and then end up filing sorry affidavit is laughable. There are so many valid issues to be raised like inflation, unemployment, infra reforms, modern tech reforms,but this idiot will just follow his foreign masters to raise issues which will cause internal riot or violence.

It does not matter. The issue matters and this is precisely why we will remain mediocre, filthy corrupt nation. Nothing is likely to change.
