Need to have neutral parties checking the kind of balls used between the innings if it is possible. This English team and ECB are notorious and wouldn't put it past them in using different balls for both the teams.

This is just mauling. What has changed in between the innings.

This match reminds me India vs Australia t20 match in 2012 world t20. Aussies thumped India but it rained there in between the innings.

Its almost impossible to see conditions so much in favour of swing and seam on a pitch where they made 414. Cloudy conditions, wind, humidity everything must have transpired perfectly

Duckett is a floppy in white ball

Duckett averages 45 in ODI cricket.  England's top 4 seems to be developing well with Root, Smith and Bethell amongst the runs.

South Africa need to pick their best bowlers and not rely on these limited ones.

First choice attack should be Jansen/Rabada/Coetzee.

Think they are injured

The balls once selected (by teams) are kept  with umps.

Kookaburra balls are more consistent than the Dukes.  You can't manipulate them that easily.

kookaburra are machine made hence the consistency, dukes are hand made there will always be some variation from one piece to another.

And this is a major reason why it does not swing much as it is v.close to being sphere so there is no heavy or light side
