neel roy Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Issue with India is India doesnt have a strike bowler like Jhulan. Even leggie Punam Yadav used to break crucial partnership and was pretty good. Bowling looks flat for India. Also i would have played Sneh Rana over Radha. Sneha a much better batsman. Even in the Saf match she was the best bowler nitinbwj and Gollum 1 1

It was a matter of her temperament and she nailed it today That went missing against Eng. She scored 18 off 15 and Rana 11 off 10. That 4 run defeat still hurts

putrevus Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Bowling is awful, don’t know how they will hold SA down.

Pressure does that even to the GOATs. We gave lives to them as well. Richard missed stumping , then a drop. Let some byes go. I think she has to talk to some of the veteran keepers. She has poor technique from stance to reaction.

Even in the Saf match she was the best bowler These are absolutely flat patta pitches. Scores of 330 and 341 vs a much superior Aussie attack shows that. Plus defending is difficult due to late afternoon start. One area we definitely have to improve is fielding, we have been the first fielding and catching unit among the top teams.

Took a special knock by Nandine De Clerk for SA to win. Plus we were missing the 6th bowling option. Now the balance is appropriate.

Gollum Posted October 30 Posted October 30 (edited) Think we will bat second in the final, irrespective of toss. That is what both teams will want after the SF. Hope Mandhana delivers a masterclass. Edited October 30 by Gollum IndianRenegade 1

Gollum Posted October 30 Posted October 30 She is 35, still one of the best around, lost a winnable WC, not staying on. Respect. Lord 1
Tillu Posted October 30 Posted October 30 (edited) Jemimah's father who was also a trainer was suspended from the Mumbai Car Gymkhana club allegedly due to religious conversions for conducting prayers and religious meetings in the club. That's why I guess she got emotional in the post match presentation. Edited October 31 by Tillu
