These captives are beaten, chained, over-worked, not paid(obviously) and unable to tell their plight due to being very scared and being mentally unwell as you can see. Bursting firecrackers in residential areas in US is not allowed due to wooden houses and it apparently went on for too long. Every safety protocol ignored.
