Nothing much after that one season , in IPL he was bowling sub 125 mostly.

 

Think they should look at RanaKrishna Ghosh - Plays for maha -Capable hitter (atleast at domestic levels) , put effort while bowling good fielder was picked by csk didnt get a game

I think that guy has some connection. His name keeps popping here and there for no reason with no real achievement.  SOme of the under-19 guys looked very good in Australia.

No need to send all the U-19 guys to this tournament, let them play some ranji if they are selected.

 

As for shegde -- He plays fr mbi domestic team, played some clutch knocks and bows seam - think this much can get any1 into conversations in Ind cricketing circle.

Good that TM is thinking of developing multiple options in Seam bowling allrounder.

Every1 who has ability should be asked to develop.

 

but if they are looking for some1 better at this point in time Ghosh is better option

 

reddy, dube, shegde all falls in same category right now, not v.high potential but thats what you got right now

Yes, this is nt a v.high quality tournament. With such series the planning should be futuristic and long-term.

 

Tiwari should have been piked, but its okay if they want them to play ranji. 

 

Think Jitesh is  there because Ind does not have a good wk-batter in the ranks now and also may be something to do with match vs pak 

 

Gurjap was bowling sub 130 kmph mostly in tnpl not sure why is he being preferred everywhere

This should be the 11. Has enough firepower and batting till 8! Can even beat the Pakistan mens senior team. 

Is this Ramandeep guy all-rounder of any quality or he is another Dube? He bowls less than 2 overs a game in the games he bowls. Out of 77 T20s he has played he has bowled only in 25 of them in which he has contributed less than 2 overs. Can't take someone like him as an all-rounder. Same with Harsh Dubey, he is not a T20 player. He averages 4 with the bat and 30 with the ball. For a country which boasts of the best T20 league in the world, it is strange that we cannot come up with a better squad.

You can pick him just for his fielding. He is the closest to Glen philips from India

Shegde looked very good in finishing innings in that SMA or VH last year

There are not many seam bowling allrounders, so there is a need to develop them.

Anyone who is bowling seam and can bat should be developed.

 

next 3-4 icc event are in SENA country and test championship will always be in Eng. Need seem bowling allrounders in all 3 format now.

 

reddy, bahawa, shegde, gosh, V.iyer, Rana should all be developed and tried

I like this squad a lot. Much more aggressive than the Indian T20I team. They need to add Vipraj Nigam in there and it's a pretty solid team.

This is already a v.decent side, vipraj is playing ranji, he should play there. As some1 suggested naman tiwari could have been tried.

 

The only other option for wk was anuj rawat but he is vital to del ranji team, could have added nitish rana but tm is not thinking of him as Ind material.

 

All are capable hitter, think Nihal can only play legside
