nitinbwj Posted November 23, 2025 Posted November 23, 2025 Lol..Pak is bossing it defending 126. Stupid Bangla are 53-7. Napak has played 2-3 Good spinners and it's enough for Bangla. We played tatti.
BCCISelector Posted November 23, 2025 Posted November 23, 2025 This Muqeem guy always dominates A team and B team players, but craps the bed against full-strength top teams in internationals.
Austin 3:!6 Posted November 23, 2025 Posted November 23, 2025 LOL another super over in finals tapandrun 1
Austin 3:!6 Posted November 23, 2025 Posted November 23, 2025 Another boring super over. Teams still treating super over without any strategy.

Austin 3:!6 Posted November 23, 2025 Posted November 23, 2025 Just now, tapandrun said: There is not much planning needed --Batting side plans 4 boundary hits and bowling side wants to restrict it to 1. 15 runs is where both batting and bowling side thinks that they have a chance to win Issue is in super over teams trying to slog blindly and losing wickets. If you lose 2 wickets, thats the end. So I feel some calculative risk must be taken rather than blind slogging, especially if you lose one wicket already. The aim should be to bat all 6 balls. Most teams these days dont last 6 balls and super over turn out to be anti climax.

Most teams these days dont last 6 balls and super over turn out to be anti climax. Currently how it works is teams/batters would like a boundary in 1st 2 balls. if they miss it it more pressure on them. Hitting 3 boundaries in 1 over is v.hard at any stage of the game. So most teams target 2 boundaries 3rd is bonus. 3 batters playing 6 balls the planning should be simple so its more like give us 15 runs. As 3 batters coming in they can not plan that. 1st 2 balls mostly decides what will be the score. lets say 1st wkts falls (so that is a dot ball and max 1 run if run out) and they have got only 5/6 runs (1,4, out) what should the next batter coming in do ?? Play and push for 1/2 or try to hit its already 4th ball ??
tapandrun Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Pak-Shaheens Vs Eng-Lions (versions of A side). Eng won 4 out of 4 games 3 of them being t20s and 1 being Od. Its a better Pak-Shaheen side with a lot intnl players in the side. Eng has Sajid (raf) and Jrodon cox.
