ACP Dhurandhar Bhatawdekar in Rang Birangi 1983. PS: I think there was also a quick reference to him in Arjun 1985, but it might just be my mind playing tricks. PPS: Somehow, from movies I watched as a teenager, I still remember some things. But things I watched later in life ... blank!! I guess our brain has lot of memory slots unused at that age.. as we grow old it gets filled/ overwritten with all sorts of junk among new drives/folders making it tough to remember recent things. Plus the occasional retrieval/nostalgia that happens unconsciously as we grow which cements that information strongly. Edited December 8, 2025 by Vk1 BacktoCricaddict 1
IndianRenegade Posted December 8, 2025 Posted December 8, 2025 Haven't watched it yet... but the amount of crying by ISPR bots of X seems to hint that its good. lol

Only Madhur Bhandarkar, Sujoy Ghosh (Kahaani director) and Sid Anand have come out in praise of the movie and Dhar/Ranveer. In fact, there is a sudden increase in negative PR around the movie. Even that filmfare guy (Pillai something) has started taking shots at Ranveer for no reason. A movie that SRK, Salman and Amir would never do in a million years because it would offend their Pakistani fans tells you all you need to know.

My review: 8/10 It is a good movie however this is not a genre I enjoy. Also, Ajay Devgan would have made a better Hamza. Ranveer is all buff no brooding. Don't want to give away spoilers here. But for the first time I can't categorize this movie into a typeset genre. That is by design. . That is his character.

Aditya Dhar is going to become a colossal figure in Indian cinema. The action sequences are f**king insane, The sets, camera work, acting and BGM. Every episode is a banger Especially the sequence where Hamza and Uzair hunt down their rivals. Gollum 1
pkmmamks Posted December 8, 2025 Posted December 8, 2025 Cinema hall - what's that Waiting for it to come on OTT. That's how I watch movies these days.
kepler37b Posted December 8, 2025 Posted December 8, 2025 This insane...Looks like this movie is shaking social media ...Bollywood must realize it's strength. It has money, immense market and great actors. Hope they churn out great works like this every year. I firmly believe Khans/Devgn/Akshay kumar must be kicked out to filter away the cringe. Of course, I give Amir Khan benefit of doubt. Manucrick and Laaloo 1 1

Gollum Posted December 9, 2025 Posted December 9, 2025 Why do these clowns lose their minds when Pakistanis are shown as villains? Which they were in the terror attacks highlighted in the movie. Laaloo 1

These Left liberandu Islamist caba HATE India and Hindus and will go to any length to destabilise their own country in support of the Pak/Islamist Agenda- to the extent that they will conveniently ignore reality and have blatant double standards. God bless Tukaram Omble without which 26/11 would have been a RSS sponsored attack with no live evidence to disprove that initially
MechEng Posted December 9, 2025 Posted December 9, 2025 (edited) The last movie I watched was F1, before that I barely watched any movie in 10 odd years. Have booked for the coming Saturday midnight show after watching reviews. Edited December 9, 2025 by MechEng
