Western UP demographics have shifted decisively and so will the political landscape around it. So about time we come up with a solution which is not only feasible but can be used in other places with time.

Hindus make up roughly 65% of Hyderabad no? And Muslim round about 30%. I'll obviously keep them way below Western UP in threat perception.
