Gollum Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Following on cricbuzz, so no idea about how the pitch is behaving. Has pitch quickened up? Batting probably a bit tougher today.

New guy Posted May 9 Posted May 9 We can make fun of Abbas's speed but dude has delivered whenever he was played on any wicket.

He is unlike any Pak bowler, not that fast, does not have any special deliveries. Bowls decline line and lenght. But due to lack of pace unless there is assistance or batters making mistake on their own it will be hard for him to pick wkts.
Tillu Posted May 10 Author Posted May 10 18 no balls bowled in this match till now. Taskin got Salman Agha out on a no ball otherwise BD would have taken 5 wickets this session.

A team known for great bowlers, now they have a chicken head afridi bowling as their main pacer lol.

After that I am just following the scores on cricbuzz. Would have watched if the Pakistani batsmen went into self combustion mode.

I just don't see them being strong ever again in Tests and ODIs in any conditions. South Africa are up next.. don't think that their WTC win last year is going to reinvigorate cricket in SA. It's really sad that this is now just a 3 team sport with occasional flashes from NZ New guy 1
bsriharsha Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Looks to be an interesting match this. That's what matches between two roughly equal teams often provide.
rollingstoned Posted May 11 Posted May 11 In our current state we will struggle in Bang too. It's not easy winning a series there anymore. Manucrick 1

bsriharsha Posted May 12 Posted May 12 The lead is around 210. Expect Bangla to go for more runs and play for a draw.
Tillu Posted May 12 Author Posted May 12 Pakistanis are always lucky with weather, tosses and umpiring decision. Kettleborough gave not out to an umpires call decision. Otherwise Pakistan would have been 6 down with tailenders next.
deathmonger Posted May 12 Posted May 12 @Gollum - Pakistan will now permanently go below India in test W/L this year. Gollum 1
