They will die soon anyways but you cannot stop what is coming.

I suspect, in couple more years (already happening), boards will have to find creative ways to keep the players playing for the country or else you will have more like pooran calling it a quit and will run after money

IN Broad/Buttler podcast Broad thinks he might get picked for 2nd test even if he is available.He says "Josh Tongue has 49 wickets in 9 tests, Archer has 60 wickets in 18 tests. so there will be questions" . ECB may  dump him from tests.  There are new guys comign through. Baker is an exciting fast bowler. It is good for both.
