I think the selectors will have to strike a balance between too few games and too much workload. Gurnoor has not played much. Just 19 FC matches and 12 List A games in his career. He must play regularly, hone his skills more and prepare his body for high workload. There should not be prolonged periods of no games. And regular red ball matches must be there. But, at the same time, as you said, no point taxing him with meaningless T20Is, as the T20 WC is 2 years away. Mosher and Lone Wolf 2
