Kallis is a stats padder of the Dravid mold ,  stacking up useless 100s and 5fers, somebody who has never him on play will read statsguru and vote him greatest cricketer of the century

Dravid was not a statpadder though. His knocks were meaningful knocks. Especially deliverin gin both innings was something he was good at. Twin century in a tight win against pakistan at the eden gardens,  81 & 68 on an unplayable kingston surface,  233 & 72 at adelaide oval,

Interestingly, there are no Pakistani players. Not even 1.

Not even 1 in the teams of the decade awards ICC released.

Tbh don't think they will make it in the 2030s either.

True regression started with more cameras and neutral umpires put in place

Can't wait to see their impending irrelevance in this sport.

Sadly Indo-Pak games in ICC/ACC tourneys are keeping them afloat. Need to pull the plug on that as well.

Davy warner has a shot then. He averages 45 in Tests and ODIs.  Played over 100 internationals in each format.

And a T20 legend.

2 WCs, 1 WTC, 1 T20 WC.

And therein lies the major problem. They are such different sports needing different skill-sets; plus the guys who played early on could excel only in 1-2 but not 3 formats. Just makes for a fun discussion - nothing more than that.

The only way to do this well is to separate formats. Some guys will end up on all 3, some only in 1 or 2. And that should be acceptable. And Pakistan may still end up with none. And that's just tadka on the dal.

Boomers still live in the old age.

But the lack of competition and Indians losing interest (and not wanting to be associated with them) will mean even this ends in a decade.

Not sure how this list was made bt sure kallis will be 1 cricketer -- Bowled fast, can bat days and v.v.good slip fielder.

10K+ runs in both Odis and Test and 275+ wkts in both test and odis when he had played with a lot of wkt taking bowlers.

If it was All 3 formats then warner has to on the top.

Had KP played for more he would have been top 10-15, and cricket may have been diff, do not think these anchor kind of role would have been appreciated this much

Kallis has 23 MOTMs in tests, and 9 MOTS

But but but statpadder saaaar. Indian fans are so salty.

Nobody is denying stats, and you are quoting the same. Don’t just read scorecard of yesteryears , but look into quality of runs

Mahela played 31% of his tests on two grounds and made 44% of his test runs there.  Has poor average in all 4 SENA countries.

Not a bad list.

Omissions would be Warner who was great in all three formats, Jadeja who was a cheat code in home tests and pretty decent away and in white ball and Amla who was good in both ODIs and tests and had a really good test run between 2010-12, doing well in all three of Eng, Aus and Ind.

KP , warner and gayle are true 3 format players
