They will make this WTC final as well. Uske baad I think they will be in transition for 3-4 years at least. But they will be back, their sporting culture is second to none. tapandrun 1

But they will be back, their sporting culture is second to none. Aus understanding of cricket is far better than anyother team, they might have lost early in this t20i wc but one can see the planning in their thought process. They didnt have the bowling trio so they went for tall big hitters, issue was their bowling in this wc, they thought sl part will be easy and once they are in Ind part of the wc their batters can score above par so that the bowling can protect the total and they were ready to chase anything with that kind of batting. Right now they do not have back-up bowlers, Beardman is not that fast he was bowling high 130s and early 140s kmph in bbl, lance morris is always injured and he too was bowling 140-145 kmph in bbl, there was another u-19 bowler who was fastest from that group they say is 150kmph but have not seen him. Injury to richarson and merridth not able to perform on intnl level caused them this issue Edited June 2 by tapandrun Gollum 1

They look down upon T20 cricket, noticed it in their fans as well. They barely celebrated when they won the Dubai WC. I think an ass kicking in 28 LA will force them to take T20 cricket seriously. Wahaan Olympics underperformance jab hota hai toh Parliament tak jaata hai, like it happened in Rio, they take that very seriously. Once they get that GPL treatment, they will prepare well for Brisbane, and we will finally meet a worthy challenger.

Power-packed MO of Clarke, Watson, Maxwell, Haddin. Faulkner at 8, Johnson 9, Starc 10. Johnson, Starc, Hazlewood pace trio. Cummins was warming the benches. @Nikhil_cric 2015 Aus is almost at the level of their 2000s side. Look at the crazy batting depth, Starc at 10, back then he used to take his batting more seriously as well !!!! It takes a couple of their guys to clinch it. Connolly Inglis and some random opener at the top. Man to man there is nothing much to separate between India and Aus in SENA. Pace trio is still class insane fitness and there is zampa and other guys who can roll their arm. 2027 India is no 2023 India as well. Heck I'd say 2019 India>2027 India. Bumrah Shami Kulcha Prime so did Ro Ko Dhawan. Right now we have beyond washed up Rohit, Gill the new Kela, Kohli in his Twilight and less said about the pacers and spinners the better. Team is only suited to play cricket on dead UAE tracks.. even in India I won't be certain of a win. Edited June 2 by Lone Wolf Gollum 1

Ind lacks fire power in the batting and Rohit and Jadu can be big issue going in to the 2027 wc plus there is no bowling just 2 pacers and siraj is not reliable. Edited June 2 by tapandrun
Lone Wolf Posted June 2 Posted June 2 (edited) Minhas walks in after Ghori... Minhas in Pakistan are converted Rajputs and trace their lineage from Ikshvaku clan Edited June 2 by Lone Wolf rollingstoned 1
Lone Wolf Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Minhas looks a very handy all round cricketer. Was always part of their emerging sides or something
Frustrated Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Pooks lost to Aus C team at home. Pooks never disappoint me. They are the reason I keep myself glued to intl cricket. putrevus and rollingstoned 2
vvvslaxman Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Indian women cricket is far better than this crap lol They have set a target of 180. Frustrated 1
Lone Wolf Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Great win for Australia on a absolute dogsh*t of a pitch. It had no bounce at all. Hope they win the series rollingstoned 1
deathmonger Posted June 2 Posted June 2 If they are losing on these pitches vs Aus C, what else is left in Pakistan lol.
tapandrun Posted June 2 Posted June 2 (edited) Good win for Aus who are missing 5/6 main players including the pace trio. Aus used 5 spin bowling options including Short, Renshaw who bowled off-spin. Both are proper batters who are rolling their arms to be off-spinners Edited June 2 by tapandrun

Hope they win the series They have around 6 batsmen who have been performing(40+ average , healthy strike rates) since 2023 World Cup and that's not including guys with potential like Cooper Connolly, Tim David, Ollie Peake, Mitchell Owen who are in and around the squad. For India, only Rohit, Kohli, Gill and KL have really performed in ODIs after the last World Cup. Iyer has not been in that bracket Other teams don't even have these many- only 2 or 3 reliable batsmen. India needs to race ahead and develop 2 more batsmen(with some part time bowling) to even compete against Australia They look like they are ready to sleep walk another World Cup @Gollum Gollum, tapandrun and Lone Wolf 1 2

And the pace trio is already there Ind is looking like a steady batting side with no fire power and batting end at 6 which is not good idea, Ind already does not have fire power and then not that deep batting line-up meaning top 4 batters have make sure they are there till 40-45th over And then in fast bowling its just bhumrah and siraj. Right now the wc is between SA and Aus then a distant NZ (they are balanced side with multiple fast bowling options) and then Ind. Eng though had a good t20i wc reaching sf but they have not been good for sometime Edited June 3 by tapandrun
