If Sai Kishore was international material, than he would have made his India debut by now.

He's played two T20is 

 

Unfortunately his batting isn't as good as his competition so he misses out. For IPL team too. He's the best left arm spinner in India

I doubt he is 21. But i am more concerned about his rotation. It is not even close to what  a  successful leggie should have.

Pick a guy and give him a run regardless of the outcome.  Cannot have revolving door. Bishnoi was bad.. But i don't think he is this bad. He was never given a run. A match here A match there.  He should have played against Ireland. Bowlers get tonked from time to time. Every single associate team ripped Adil Rashid to shreds. He came up trumps in some important matches.  But this out come probably sealed his career for a while. This was terrible.
