It's not a rookie squad. They've finally sent their best possible T20 team after getting rid of tuktuks (Babar, Agha) and non-performers (Shaheen, Rauf).

 

I wouldn't take any team lightly with the current form of our team. Pitches will also be tough for our sloggers, similar to previous Asian Games.

I think Vaibhav himself could do without the hype. Archer was raring to go at him.

Vaibhav got out cheaply in IPL too , I don't know why him not scoring runs in two innings is such a big deal. Other bozos are the issue not the kid.He is not wasting any deliveries.

 

Everyone is rearing to bowl against him which is good, it will test him.

Ya..He has hit Archer for 2 sixes now and Tongue too.. both are high pace/bouncy bowlers..

that Archer caught behind was strangled but on another day it was a six..

matter of time he stay at crease gets longer and he replicates what he did at lower level

When India was 29/0 should have taken easy. It is very hard to score runs in the first 6 overs at trentbridge. After that you can easily score. Even there we were racing away. SHould have buckled down.  These kind of strategic inputs have to come from data analysts. You cannot play exactly the same way in all places. In some places first 6 overs best time to score. in some places first 6 overs are not the easiest.

Also.. our MO and LMO dont inspire any confidence..they are putting pressure on top order

Vaibhav is a super-talented young kid, but the Team management broke our trophy-winning top 3 just because of social media noise pollution including from multiple posters here on ICF!

Vaibhav has played 2 game which Ind lost and Ind played a series vs Irld that Ind lost as well. How is Vaibhav responsible for that .

Vaibhav has followed teams ideology and played aggressively and It has not come-off fr him.

 

The issue is the entire team has been exposed due to their limitations, be it ability to play on bigger grounds , or ability to play swing and bounce.

No they didn’t create any problem by doing it,top 3 is not set in stone. Iyer is the problem not top 3 being separated.
