Cricketics Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 An all Indian Showdown in US OPEN FINAL - Leander Paes vs Mahesh Bhupathi Both have reached finals with their respective partners. This US open Mens Doubles trophy now has an Indian name writen on it for sure. Proud of the two Legends of Indian sports Leander and Mahesh P.S - Tomorrow is Leander Paes mixed doubles final also. He has managed to reach finals of both event. It will be played on Arthur Ashe rite after Yuki Bhambri's game. So basically, both games would be broadcasted on tv and on internet.
Cricketics Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 no fighting.. They just reached finals with their respective parners.. Leander is a serious Legend. Guy can make the bryan brothers run around the court like crazy. He is the best doubles player ever PERIOD.
DomainK Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 no fighting.. They just reached finals with their respective parners.. Leander is a serious Legend. Guy can make the bryan brothers run around the court like crazy. He is the best doubles player ever PERIOD. And I think he is quite an underachiever. He has far more talent than what his achievements show.
Lord Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 i will be cheering for Paes.but not too hard tho.
Riley's Girl Posted September 12, 2009 Posted September 12, 2009 What time the match starts? I don't know a time. All I know is that the conclusion of the Nadal/Gonsalez match is scheduled for 11:00 am and the men's doubles final will be played directly after that.
Cricketics Posted September 12, 2009 Posted September 12, 2009 Was supposed to be played yesterday, then moved today. They can reschedule the game anytime as it keeps raining. Rite now its supposed to be played rite after the Gonzo-Nadal game. It sucks really.. Mens single final match has been moved to Monday.
coffee_rules Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Would have been prouder if they had won in the same team. It's sad really.
Guest gaurav_indian Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Feel happy for Lee and sad for Hesh.
yoda Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Would have been prouder if they had won in the same team. It's sad really. I agree. This sucks.
