King Tendulkar
That is bit of stretch. Ashwin bowled a lot better. 3 catches dropped' date=' one leg before turned down. On a given day Jadeja, Ojha, Ashwin can come good. There is not much to seperate them. As long as they complement each other that is fine. In some matches Ojha might do better, some matches Ashwin might do better. [b']The difference is very very marginal. They are very similar in quality, not much in it. But ashwins vastly superior batting(maybe genuine test all rounder) , plus ashwin being much better fielder as can do well in slips. Means he will be fixture in side, unless his bowling drastically dips Link to comment
King Tendulkar
If oijha was a better batsman and fielder then ashwin, he would be in team ahead of him in all formats. Sadly for him the reverse is true Link to comment
adi B
bowled really well today, another 5 fer,was the stand out bowler against england last year, surely deserves to play the home test matches and the ones in the SC.. Link to comment
adi B
Who bowled better today? Ashwin or Ojha? tbh ashwin looked more threatening and was very unlucky not to pick a 5fer because of dropped catches..both of them flighted the ball excellently and got good bounce from the pitch particularly when they pitched fuller..but then this is the windies we are talking about :giggle: Link to comment
MCcricket
Ojha needs to put more body into his bowling so he can be effective everywhere, also he needs to work on his straighter one, right now he is accurate but a one trick pony and he can learn the way Panesar and other better left armers success in all conditions.
