Eighth skill in negotiation is to know when to stop lest the negotiation poison the fruits you are negotiating for. (almost every large company gets this wrong - hardballs can be so tough to swallow that they can choke you)

 

Ninth skill in negotiation is to know how to walk away from the table in such a way that you are welcomed back another day.

 

Tenth skill in negotiation is to know how to NOT negotiate when you cannot.
