yoda
Dhoni instills that oft used but hard to practice cliche in his men - it's only a game. that's a very good point. he truly doesn't seem too bothered whether we win or lose. Link to comment
Ram
Its probably a little too early to start making comparisons. He’s already far ahead than most of our previous captains, the only person still standing between him and the crown of India’a all-time best captain is Saurav. And fortunately, since Saurav also played in the same generation as Dhoni does, claims and counter-claims are easier to make. The 2011 WC is probably a good check point to re-asses Dhoni’s legacy. But have to say, the records of some of the other captains are quite shameful. No wonder we needed an entire evolution cycle to win 100 test matches. I am told man was still walking on all fours when India won its first match. Link to comment
Chaos
Obv. Dhoni. He made a HUGE DIFFERENCE with wicket-keeping alone. Amazing captain as well. Without his keeping skills we would have likes of karthick the idiot and parthiv. Link to comment
