Dhondy...lage haath yeh bhi bata do..... Is regular use of (every time one steps out) sun screen bad .....?Does that prevent vit D formation?.......
Dhondy she is trying to ask you this for couple of months now.. just answer her.. she hasnt been out of her house for long now..

Yeah, sorry for the delay in answering your question, Beetle. The answer is yes, high SPF sun creams do reduce the formation of Vitamin D in the skin, but is unlikely to lead to deficiency. Using sun creams is a good idea. It reduces the risk of skin cancer, although Asians are less susceptible than Caucasians.
