They would have to worry more about not getting thrashed by Germany....This in very likely will come down to a 3 way between Portugal-U.S and Gahana so the goal deficit will make a difference.

If we draw against the portuguese and Germany wins against Ghana then germans may rest their starters as they would have won the group.
