vvvslaxman
Dutch team's fitness level is superior to mexico, they won't tire. Lol now cooling break :cantstop: It is not about fitness. It is about whose body is condit ioned to heat and humidity better. There is another way you don't tire yourself out is by keeping the ball in possession for long periods that way you can have the opponents run around. That is where holland has an edge. If the possession is 50% for Holland then i would back Mexico to sustain the heat better.

vvvslaxman
I dont mind about cooling break. It is better than having breaks for so called "strategies".. Don't want a good game being ruined by excessive heat.
rising
Its very hot in Brazil 38 degrees and humidity thats why they decided have cooling break and no they don't have it in EPL and or any major European leagues

High intensity interval training which is very hard even for 15 minutes. Your heart rate will be above close to 2 times all th ehe time.

vvvslaxman
That applies for many teams but not Holland.they are beasts when it comes to energy especially late in the game That is because they make sure they have the ball most of the time . They don't chase around the ball all the time . If a team makes them do that they will be surffering as well. Australia somewhat did that. Aussies were fitter than them.
