Speeds and Performances of Pacers and Spinners

Recommended Posts

India suffered because we did not have a tall hit the deck pacer to partner Hardik in the middle. Most of us here knew it all along and talked about it often.

Shami is fast but he is a short skiddy pacer who attacks the stumps at pace and moves some channel balls away.  He has a hostile bouncer but hasn't used it much in this tournament. He is better as a new ball bowler in T20s.

Arshdeep and Shami upfront

Hardik and another hit the deck quick in the middle.

Should have been our plan in Australia.

Shami is lethal on UK pitches.

We will end up analyzing our bowling and we should. But we batted like chumps today. Kl was giving catching practice. Rohits dismissals are also becoming eerily familiar, failing to time short balls.

10 15 extra runs here might have been enough.

You are right.

But it is also true that we have built a T20 pace attack which works only in the first 4 overs.

We are getting pace bowling friendly conditions here and batsmen will fail. Boeling has to carry teams through.

But our bowling is looking innocuous after the first 4 overs and it was bound to be this way with the pace bowling choices we made.

We scraped through against Pak because they can get bounced out by Arshdeep Singh. But SENA teams won't except odd occasions.

Boobie slowly but steadily getting into his legendary territory against SENA sides

Boobie lovers are perverts:phehe:

He should be called Doobie Kumar..

Such a bowling friendly conditions and bhaisaab was bowling to beat the batters and improve his economy.

133 was too less of a total...should have gone for the kill like Arsh and Shami went on to.

Kela is super dud, anyone batting with him feels the gloom and doom till the time he's with them

No excuse, but Kela is not cut for international men's cricket

Bhuvi should have tried pitching it slightly further up like Arshdeep did. Markram's wicket at that stage would have been gold. Also our catching and aiming at the stumps is pathetic. All the Arjuna awards conferred upon these guys should be taken back next time they fail to hit the stumps from close range. It is an insult to all fans and also to Arjun.

Bhuvi lovers are happy as long as his economy is below 7 even though other team needs to chase at 5 rpo and india desperately need a wkts or 2 to win match and apply pressure. Thank God that atleast Shami is there or else I am just wondering who would have bowled after pp from Bhuvi, harshal , Arshdeep and Ashwin . Baring Arshdeep rest are utter pathetic whom expert Jholadharis backed to their core.

They are times his tactics work but he can't adjust when required to get wickets.

Against good batting sides, you cannot be safe without making an attempt to pick wickets,if it fails credit must be given to opposition, but as a bowler you should always search for wickets as game is otherwise heavily tilted towards batsmen

His tactics work against average batting sides, good opposition will always back themselves to hit him out of the park when they choose to

He is the poster boy of our "safe" cricket mindset.

You get four young 145 k bowlers doing reasonably well in IPL one of them hits 155+ and a couple hit 150+! And still none promoted. Lol this type of thinking confuses everyone from Lee to Steyn to Waqar, purely based on a fast bowlers interest they wonder what type of thinking this is. There are articles on each of of these guys saying the same **** wondering what are indian selectors doing.

He is a good support player when batsmen and spinners are doing the job, keeps up his end but looks toothless if he has to lead the team and attack.

He seems to be going through motions since 2017/18

Lost motivation,he was quite lively and fiery with new ball up till 2016

Not that he was bowling 145+ before,

Used to swing at 130+,but increased pace by 2015/16 and bowled superbly against visiting South Africans at home in 2015,saw him touch 144 quite a few times in odis,

he upped his pace with control(first time ever i saw an Indian medium pacer turn fast medium)

But like everyone is past his sell by date in 2019 itself, not his fault selectors are dragging him expecting match winning spells from the old man

Dravid spent a whole 5 minute space in an interview trying to not say that Indian bowlers are not 'sexy' without saying the world but saying starts with 's' ends with 'y' lol you spend test much time trying to justify your self and act like a good boy but the point is he needs to be cut throat.

Partly I don't care because if India get such bowlers they will win everything and it would be boring. Cricket already has Bangladesh which is a  equally pathetic aggressive middle age uncles and emotional aunties praying to god  type kf country, they are so freaking out to prove themselves the Midgets that they go aggressive on everyone while others are like taking a stroll in the park and have some beer in the sun. Fooking dim wits from pathetic India and BD are out of world domination lol. If not for bogldeesh ! India would be the most pathetic in cricket. With both there is risk of every other country leaving and playing some other sport..cause its too pathetic to compete.

Rant out. Man I dislike BD and some sections of Indian crowds in cricket. Indians less so but BD I can't tolerate.
