This is the problem. Kunnumal has a terrific List A strike rate but if he is hitting against attacks that have only 1 bowler in the 135-140 k range, it is hard to judge. 

 

In international cricket they end up facing at least 3-4 bowlers and from both ends. Unless we can replicate at domestic, we can never separate the wheat from the chaff.
