his lazy approach to fielding and fitness is disappointing..but his control and execution is good most of the times..

if Mayank and Harshit will need some more time to mature then we may think about Mohsin as a backup option as unfortunately..I am not seeing anyone reliable after Bumrah..Arshdeep has gone down badly..

Even Arshdeep is very lazy and has a pathetic attitude, simply gives up midway while chasing the ball. Compare him with Pathirana or Suyyash who despite being average fielders actually dive and put effort to take catches/stop runs.

I don't want such lazy players with lethargic attitude anywhere around Indian team.

Not sure if this is up to date , here are fastest ipl bowler 2024.

Think Pathirana would be difficult to face in t20 wc, low action hitting 145+ kmph v.often and targeting lbw eachtime

Bowler Team Fastest ball in IPL 2024
Mayank Yadav LSG 156.7 kmph
Nandre Burger RR 153.0 kmph
Gerald Coetzee MI 152.3 kmph
Alzarri Joseph RCB 151.2 kmph
Matheesha Pathirana CSK 150.9 kmph

burger will be hard too. left arm quicks bowling at 150+ are v. difficult

Donot think Burger was hitting 145+ kmph that often, that was the only game he was bowling that fast.

Only Barbados is kind of zippy surface, not sure what is going kind of pitches are prepared for us matches

even a left-armer at 145 will be harder to play than a rightie of same pace, if all other factors are the same

Why was Wood not playing IPL this season -- he bowled fast against Pak in the t20i match.

Eng bowling looks good for WC -- Wood, Archer is back, Rashid and Moeen and Livigstone to and the Topley

True, England bowling surprisingly is top notch in this tournament.
Topley Can move the ball in the initial overs, Archer obviously is a quality bowler and Mark wood Can do the job of the enforcer in the middle overs.
Then they have Rashid and Moeen, leg spin and off spin.
Sam Curran will also play, so they have got more than enough bowling options too.

For me they are the favourites to win this t20 WC.

they should play the 6 you named ideally, but I suspect they will want some more batting depth.

In the Pak series it was amazing to see fast bowlers like wood and archer throwing themselves down full stretch, diving to save a single run. These are fast bowlers prone to injuries.  No way our pampered superstars do anything like this.

Ind team's fielding and Fitness standards have been down since this new TM.

Still Kolhi and Jadeja remains the best fielders in the side, Do not see any new exceptional fielder in the side, easy catches go down run-out are not enforced.

One reason Jadeja makes into T20is playing 11 is because of this his fielding, he is the only one in the field where one would expect some spark of brilliance.

Poor lose loopy 90s style throws from boundaries, no diving across.

Along with depleting fast bowling fielding and fitness have been concerning with this TM

happy to see Boom, Arshdeep and Siraj bowling well.

hardik was definitely slow and did not look good enough for 4 overs. DUbey tried to bowl yorkers and full balls and he was OK - not bad.

there was a time when hardik was as fast as boom and looked like a complete 4-over bowler but now he is definitely not looking like a genuine pacer.

dube 's batting is like 50:50 ..if he bats well , it becomes a one sided game
