Bhai..as per you whole India is having weak body.

Not sure which fast bowler you consider as strong enough? Maybe we should ask The Great Khali to produce 10-12 kids then Hopefully we will get strong 7 footer fast bowlers.

Injuries happen to everyone, whether it's Shami, Bumrah or any other pacer. Young fast bowlers who clock 150+ will get injured often.

Umesh has strong body and athletic as well. Mayank is weak, he will struggle.

England and SA have got exciting fast bowling attacks.

SA with Berger Nortje Rabada and Jansen

and England with Gus Mark Stokes and they always seem to have one decent swing bowler in the side. Its Woakes in that role now. And Archer in LOIs.

NZ have got Ben Sears who’s tall quick and aggressive.

Sears has been given Contract now... Along with O Rourke  who is also a tall swing bowler and can bowl around 140k if needed.

Kiwis fans have been disappointed at continued selection of Southee... I reckon his career could end in India or he would finally go in Eng test series this year.

Nathan Smith is also a good swing bowling option. Idk what happened to Fisher he was quality.

Duffy is mediocre.

SA clearly have test level attack in its prime right now.

Mayank injured again while bowling at NCA.

Mayank Yadav's electric speeds during the early part of IPL 2024 created a buzz around him, leading some to ask if he could be part of India's pace battery for the Australia tour at the end of the year. The BCCI also added Mayank to the list of fast bowlers with developmental contracts earlier this year. However, the Delhi and Lucknow Super Giants fast bowler was soon ruled out of the IPL with a side injury. While he recovered from that injury, he is understood to have picked up a separate injury while bowling at the NCA. Mayank has only played one first-class match to date; he would be expected to prove his match fitness in domestic red-ball cricket before he is considered for Test cricket at least. https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/india-squads-for-sl-tour-the-road-ahead-for-ravindra-jadeja-mohammed-shami-hardik-pandya-and-kl-rahul-1444080

I hope they don't rush him... I'll look to include him in 3 T20s vs BD and 4 T20s in SA first.

If he plays at least 4 of those games it will be a good initiation for him.

Bro, Mayank said this a fews days back. We have to find out whether this new injury is before or after the following update.

Despite doing well in his recovery programme, Mayank is set to remain at the NCA for some more time, which has raised doubts over his selection for the Sri Lanka series.

“Yes, I’ll have to spend some more time here, but the good thing is, I’ve been bowling with the full run-up and a lot of intensity over the past few days. I’m happy with my progress so far," he added.

For bouncy conditions SA have the best attack.

Spicy wickets that is. It's so sad their batting is so crap.

Jansen

Nortje

Rabada

Ngidi

Burger

They should only select 4 max. Too many tail enders otherwise.

But yes that's easily their best ever attack since re admission. No old fart 90s loving delusional individual is going to convince me otherwise.

Give this team a kalis, a bloody kirsten and a abd etx. They would wreak havoc.

Can say the same for India. We just need 2 quality batsmen really.

It looks like some minor injury (if it not already fixed). Coz I'm sure they would have scanned him after the first injury that sidelined him.

Yes.

Himanshu.   21

Mayank.      22

Harshit.       22

Tyagi.          23

Umran.        24

Arshdeep.   25

Simarjeet.   26

These are the pacers we should invest in.

Only Harshit and Arshdeep has any kind of realistic chances to make it to the Ind team.

They invested in Mukesh Kumar, Avesh and now Khaleel.

Deshpandey was included in Zim tour and now he is dropped, the problem was they had no foresightedness for this, Ind is going to send some untested pacers to SENA teams

Mayank will get in when fit.

Zim tour was used to keep various power centres happy. All the pacers were sifarishi picks.

Do not think they will risk him directly in test or now even in odis.---May be some t20i..

Zim tour has always been like that, but should have tried Rana, he was already there

That bowling lineup now with Burger is on another level. SA would be very very hard to beat at home in tests.
