Siraj bowled with effort today.

 

Was hitting the bat hard and getting a few balls to bounce disconcertingly from back of a length.  Seamed the ball too.

 

Speeds went upto 143 k.

Very scary to think how india can maintain its status with these hopeless young pacers  after Bumrah, Shami , Siraj. 

Not one has risen to their potential and look total crap . Worse than associate team pacers . 

What Khaleel was doing in these 8 years , only god knows ?

Khaleel 130 clicks with no control on a bowling friendly  pitch sticks out like a sore thumb.

people thought I was trolling when I said Mukesh is the next best option. Not long term but seems to have some brains when bowling.

TM and selectors have been recycling player without seeing if they have improved at all.

Mentioned this perviously as well what has changed in Avesh or Khaleel to be picked after such a long time.

Khaleel is there only because he is one of the few LAF available, he has ingredients but has not improved at all, he is part of Ind cricketing system for v.long he played Ind U-19 and still not able to improve, when he kind of know just few improvement he will be 1st back-up to Singh. Do not think he is a good fielder either would be amongst slowest movers - Sundar, him, Chahal 

 

Even in Raj t20 he was not the top bowler Ashok Sharma was getting wkt with his aggression and some pace.

None among Unadkat, Avesh, Mukesh, Khaleel or Deshpande had potential to start with, in the 2022 - 24 period.

 

Them failing is not surprising but expected. 

 

Picking them all together is surprising. 

 

Khaleel could have been a tad better than the rest in terms of ability ... but he is lazy and gives the vibe that he is disinterested in playing for India, and IPL is enough.

when you develop such thinking and gets complacent..you may be even not good enough to play ipl in couple of seasons..will regress badly..

Avesh babu was 140k in 2017..from 2019-20 onwards his pace is around 132-134k only. 

 

Khaleel too just weak, can't sustain pace. Looks tired after every ball. Looks like another age fudger.

really concerned with bowling depth. younger gen is not focusing on tests. only want to play paisa league. 

i want bcco to come up with rules to ensure tests get priotized. if you dont play for country sorry phattu no ipl money salah lowdes.

No one made false statement about their pace ,infact many gave up on them watching them drop pace soon after 2018

After IPL 2018 zaleel just bowled one delivery over 145 that too in 2018 Asia Cup

He was never the same bowler after that
