I think if be he can be a bit leaner with more muscle, he has the potential to add a few more kms to his pace, also better fitness.

if he does not play in the next match also, Umraan and Mayank will not fly to AUSTRALIA

More than 12 years ago Alex Kontouris of Cricket Australia concluded that multi format bowlers were breaking down more often and there was no pattern to these injuries.

And bowling workload is not just about match bowling 

 

They sometimes bowl 24 balls at high intensity in the nets and nothing more.

Think bio-mechanics expert came on contract and is brought only when needed and case to case basis. The reason is there are not many with such knowledge and these kind of ppl keep need to keep their knowledge up to date with latest technique and knowledge.

 

Age group cricket (structural) in Ind is run by private academies, bcci/icc offers some kind of coaching certificates but getting bio-mechanics experts are hard to find and get. Some academies do bring these guys for 1-2 week when they are touring Ind.

 

Only Aus cricket is good at this, coaches at local levels have deep understanding on basics of cricket. Thats why they are able spot the weaknesses of the player and the bowlers who have dodgy actions

The advantage is that they can rely on their universities to do original research and take advantage of the knowledge created. 

 

Even England's pace bowlers improved massively after their association with Loughborough.

Khaleel is bowling well here and actually putting in effort. Good speeds,zip and is getting good carry to the keeper when he oftentimes tends to look floaty.

We know he is capable of hitting early 140's. Good thing he is bowling an immaculate line and has good control on his length. 

And has the ability to contribute some tuns with the bat as well.

 

He must be in the XI starting against BD. He is closest to Shami in terms of skills.
