Just watched the highlights https://www.hotstar.com/in/sports/cricket/mumbais-struggle-continues-on-day-2/1540038998/video/highlights/watch

Lots of 140+ deliveries. Bowls from close to the stumps with seam movement both ways. Bowled some jaffas and beat Rahane for pace too and trapped him right in front but was a no ball. Looks a lot fitter too @express bowling @Suhaan @singhvivek141 @Lone Wolf @Vickydev

Definitely looks quicker and fitter.

The delivery to Lad moved away and hit the timber.

He is still young so can improve further.

YASH Thakur should be played for INDIA. he is definitely a better bowler than shivam dube ..bowls 130 to 144k ..he bowled 142k on Safed patta wicket..can easily bowl 146k on genuine pitches. i think his batting is also fair.

he is a bowling All rounder and not like shivam dube and even shardul thakur who are now kind of BATTING All rounders.

Shardul bats better than he bowls now and same is shivam ( he bats better than he bowls).

Yash bowls better then he bats and he bowls 25 % of his balls at good pace ( higher than 137k). i shall be disappointed if agarkar does not notice him. i am sure yash will prove his capabilities and get to play for INDIA

Harshit was very calm today and executed, what he wanted to do, in all 4 spells.

Read the pitch rather well too for a newbie. The pitch was sluggish and there was less seam movement available compared to normal Indian venues. But he adjusted well. Bowled lots of slower balls ( maybe a few too many ).

I thought he was bowling slower than usual  (  130 k to 142 k today ) but the quicker BD pacers rarely crossed even 135 k. So it could be a speed gun issue.

Saw very few loose balls.  Bowled fast yorkers, fast bouncers, slower bouncers and normal slower balls at the death.

3 wickets at 4 rpo as a result.

lot of folks are certain that ARSHDEEP will play against PAK.

BUT WHY??? Harshit's bowling analysis were pretty good. i am sure he can replicate that against PAK.

As Rohit said before the match ... Harshit's deck hitting ability ( at 140 k+ ) is being preferred over Arshdeep's left arm variation.

Most captains prefer skilful 140 k+ deck hitting pacers over other types, if available.

Casual fans and Indian ex-cricketers don't consider pacer types when they place their demands. They just want  superstars or the senior bowler.

We have to see whether Rohit buckles down to popular opinion.

The amount hate Harshit is facing from pathetic Indian journos and fans is absolutely pathetic to see.

They are calling him GG KKR quota despite the guy performing.

This is the nation and fans who tolerate Gutkesh and Avesh despite them performing poorly consistently.

Hit the deck bowlers do well in Dubai.

Extreme pace by Mark Wood in the first over. Every ball in the 152-154 range.

A couple of balls down leg which got punished. Needs to get the line right.

Archer struggling again. Started off with a quick first ball but was then catching his midriff. Hopefully not injured.
