Team India have been very lazy regarding developing any new good 140 k+ bowlers for white ball cricket after Bumrah.

 

As it stands, if Bumrah and Shami are unavailable then the pace of our bowling attack comes down drastically in LOIs. 

 

Avesh picked 13 wickets in SMAT 2021 and Prasidh has got 14 wickets in VHT 2021.  Surely there is something to work with here. Even if they are not finished products yet, Arun can work with them and get them ready in 6 months. 

 

And Tyagi and Mavi should get to play most domestic games for their states so that they develop faster.

1st ODI 

Average = 139.4  Highest = 144.5

2nd ODI 

Average = 137.5 Highest = 148.5

 

Hrs been quicker than Alzarri .Dushmantha has also clocked upto 90 mph in both ODIs.

 

Jason Holder in both matches trundled at an average pace of 123.5 kph which is around 8 kph less than what he was bowling around 2015 ish. 

 

Even SL white ball opening bowlers might beat us in pace if this continues

When you see Indian commies suffering with inferiority complex talking day in day out under rating pace and over rating swing line and length ,you can't expect the rulers of Indian cricket to pay any sort of heed

It was only due to umesh,aaron and later Bumrah Indian youth developed a fascination towards genuine pace bowling but it alone won't bear fruits unless they're given a go,too much method and theories,tylcasting is holding our cricket back

People at helm need to take this into account ,i have said earlier we are lagging behind even paxtan is making effort to follow the trend

Seeing the current condition of our loi attack ,its better to play Mavi, Prasidh  in lois and let them grow their

Bhuvi,Chahar and shardul are not the answer

Prasidh is already 25 ,he should have played few by now,but then current TM is all about instilling insecurities in newcomers,they will always play with leash ,one two bad outings and boom,there goes your career off

A patient TM with a good reading leader is needed

forget prasidh ,even saini hasnt played enough games.

We never gave varun his due share of games,he would have been a good bowler had he been given the time and resources. But we went with undcutter in t20s.

Let bumrah ,yadav,shami retire .

we ll be back to 90s in no time
