I loved Bumrah's hostile and quick over to Anderson.

 

But would have loved it even more if it was directed at Root, Moeen and other better batsmen. These guys need to he treated to some quick and hostile stuff too.

Bizzare,it was well known weakness of Root

I know this is 2021 but he was targeted by Australia on his this very weakness,they used to intimidate him by bowling short at pace,but that was done by Johnson who was breathing fire those days

I have seen Cummins too do it to him in recent times,makes life tough

Maybe they felt this surface was sluggish to bowl those lengths consistently

Kohli just going through motions,a clear sign of his shelf life as capitain nearing end, can't think about making things happen by placing fielders at such positions,you need to back bowlers when things don't go your way

When these uncouth barbarians from Australia like hazelwood and Cummins unleashed bouncer barrage against ahswin, saini and shami, all of you were silent. Why cry and moan now? 

 

Actually india should have booms as first change on flat wickets. His job should be to intimidate and scare batsmen. Gives others more chances to take wickets. 

 

 Would have siraj and ishant opening or umesh if he plays next game. 

 

Yes no balls are a bit of a concern but I am 100% sure this time it was a deliberate mode of action. 

 

Just one question. Why dint booms try this vs root or moeen lol. Both suck vs yorkers and bouncers. Was pitch too sluggish at the time?

Bumrah is a weird case though. He is either unplayable or he balls dross no balls rofl. 

 

When he is in the zone though, gee, he is the best bowler in the world.
