This is a result of decentralisation of power only.... today a bunch of thugs can do what they are doing... decentralisation is a chill word to say for younger people...one 1 individual has a AK47, that's decentralisation of power imho, he can kill thousands with this decentralisation...one 1 person has a loud horn in his car or bike he can unnecessarily honk can disturb all, that's also decentralisation of power.... For decades and decades it was best known as the best place to retire known for its cool climate.
