Should the referral system be used by ICC for all the games

Now with the increasing technology its getting tougher for the umpires so y dont we use the referral system everywhere where the international matches are played It shud be declared that the referal system shud be used in all the three formats of the game with each team getting 3 chances in each innings Then we may get some better decisions....i hope

2 should be the limit 3 is more than enough and it should only be limited to test cricket for the moment it ought to be used judiciously, wisely and in the spirit of the game it should be used in the cases like, today when james franklin nicked one and billy doctrove gave him not out; or when mcintosh didn't nick one and was given out; not to reverse a decision, like chanderpaul did when he was in his 90s, just in hope that the 3rd umpire might find something that would reverse the on-feild umpire's decision
