Has Dhoni done enough to Lift the Intensity within the Team ?

Well i feel he has fallen short by a long way. We are in the process of doing the autopsy of what happened in this series, with the injuries, the batsman with 40000+ runs doing virtually nothing, to me one of the biggest loss is the inspiration and motivation which has been severly lacking in Dhoni;s Captaincy. Dhoni has not been able to up the intensity in the team, he clearly looks jaded, tired, and not someone who looked like he wants to be in the competition, as he was in World Cup 2007 & World Cup 2011. I do not know the reasons, but what has been on display gives me shivers. I'm absolutely flabergasted on the inclusion of R.P Singh, it has been confirmed on various forums, it was indeed Dhoni who had gone in favour of including R.P Singh, and not listening to the selectors. Also i find it baffling at the way he has supported, raina, it clearly shows, he has told him, you do whatever you like, you would not be replaced in this series. Any thoughts?
