The resolution came at a meeting of the Sammelan held in Haryana ENI Bureau New Delhi: In an outrageously retrograde that curbs the freedom of women, All India Aggarwal Sammelan (AIAS) on Sunday banned the community’s women in Haryana and Punjab from dancing at marriage functions. According to the resolution taken at a meeting of the Sammelan held in Haryana, women belonging to the Aggarwal community have been banned from dancing on DJs in marriages or parties. Women found flouting the decision will be fined if they don't follow to obey the orders, said the resolution. Any woman community member flouting the directive will be fined by the organisation," he told reporters here.
