What was the biggest mistake of IPL

I think Lalit Modi is the biggest whatever up in this IPL.Yes the IPL was a success and has helped in discovering new faces for the future of Indian cricket team but modi here is trying to see to it that IPL gains complete monopoly not only in India but all over the world.In todays news he has made it clear that those teams who pick ICL players for the Championship trophy,players from those team will not be picked for next years IPL.So this leaves the English counties in a dilema to pick ICL players as some of ICL players are already playing in the English counties.Then end result is that there will be a lot of legal battles in case ICL players are dropped from the counties for this reason. Not that i have anything against IPL or ICL but many of us forget the fact that there are young talented Indian players in the ICL who have bright prospects but with BCCI and Lalit Modi ruling the fore by completly cutting of the ICL players from international recognition these young players are at the receiving end.
