IKnowU
Well the other thing is. If Ancelotti wanted him' date=' its not like he would have decided a day or two ago, [b']there was an opportunity to do a swap & cash deal with Carvalho. It is probably that. Why would Chelsea just let carvalho walk? They probably agreed on negotiating later on.
Don Sharma
Ramos is in the elite group of the Hierros, Camachos, Salgados and Rauls of RM. Mourinho would lose the support of the partisan crowd, if he decides to bid adieu to one of the favorite sons of the soil.

Don Sharma
^ I would love to see him in EPL, more so, if he manages one of my favorite clubs, Villa. Along with him, I did like to see Marcelo Biesla (current Chile coach) and Gerardo Martino (Paraguay) coach an European club, sometime in future. Gunner_Mania
^ I too would definitely love to see Bob Bradley at one of the Prem League clubs. I think, this may work, with Randy Lerner the Villa owner also being an American..this might just work.

Gunner_Mania
Expect spurs to make their move Harry Redknapp has moved to curb speculation linking Tottenham with attacking reinforcements. The Spurs boss insists things have gone quiet for the club on the transfer front, with no further arrivals expected. He says there are no talks in progress and claims he would have no qualms with working with what he has got once the summer window slams shut on Tuesday at 6pm. "There is nothing close to being done, not that I know of," said Redknapp. "We are nowhere near doing a deal for anybody. I'm not that bothered to be honest. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12876_6341353,00.html

Out-of-favour Barcelona midfielder Aliaksandr Hleb is on the verge of making a return to the Premier League by signing for Birmingham City, who have made a £5million bid for the former Arsenal player. Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has reportedly made a sensational bid to land Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor. Eidur Gudjohnsen is ready to sign for Mark Hughes' Fulham on a year-long loan from Monaco today - after turning down Stoke City. Shay Given has turned down a move to rejoin former coach Mark Hughes at Fulham and has announced his decision to stay at Eastlands and fight for his place. Brazilian striker Robinho is trying to manufacture a move to AC Milan to link up with compatriot Alexandre Pato. Also heading to Italy from Eastlands is Paraguayan striker Roque Santa Cruz who is close to joining Lazio on loan. West Ham United's Carlton Cole has again been linked to the Reds but a last minute deal for Redknapp's pursuit to sign Luis Fabiano has all but ended after the Brazilian striker signed a new deal with Sevilla.
