Re: VVS Laxman its unfortunate he had to get out duck in the one day, but you cant really blame him he had no real match practice from a ranji trophy dead pitch to seaming fast conditions in SA

raina Raina is jus 19 and he fields better than laxman, maybe he did not scor e 275 but he is worthy in one day cricket compared to laxman.Raina is a kid so give him some time and tht does not mean he is garbage.I guess laxman might not have done wht raina is capable at tht age

Re: VVS Laxman is it just me or does it seem like Sourav Ganguly is getting the most credit over Laxman, why is this always the case, if there are two performers that do well, and Laxman is one of them, the other gets the most credit.

Re: VVS Laxman One has to be extremely idiotic to give ganguly most of the credit for the last game....and there are lots of idiots around the tubes.. Ganguly did well to get 70 odd in a low scoring game..so did laxman and sachin.......plus the extra from Zaheer and VRV.

From Gangu we expect 40. He gave us 51. From Laxy we expect 281 everytime or atleast a 170, but he gave only 74.

Re: VVS Laxman i agree man. too much is expected from Laxman at times, but when he scores big, like when he scored 281, 178, 167, 154, 148, those innings were simply just majestic, nothing like a freeflowing Laxman hundred.
